I subscribe to a monthly magazine which covers tube-type radios, broadcast, military and ham. I don’t do much in that area myself but enjoy reading about it. I particularly like the articles covering unusual equipment or the history of a particular company or brand.
This is the kind of publication where they frequently refer to prior issues.
The only problem is that many old issues are unobtainable. So they become “collector’s items” as they come off the press. I once made a supreme sacrifice: I gave an issue to another ham! It was kind of traumatic.
