We took a trip to Starkville today to have some yogurt at the Local Culture.
I had not been there before. We have a somewhat similar place here in Columbus called Smackers. Both places are “make your own” where you take a dish and put in a flavor of frozen stuff then add toppings of all sorts and pay by weight.
But Local Culture is focused on healthy stuff, low fat non-dairy yogurt and whatnot. It was good. I had something called Original Tart. It was different! I think I like the less-healthy stuff better, but they had such a wide selection there is probably something there I would put on par.
We had a nice conversation with the in-laws. I had not been able to talk to them in quite a while, so that was a treat for me.
