[Today’s run: rest day]
I usually run without my glasses on. And when I run with the dog I have him on a long rope so that he can make a sudden stop and not trip me or gag himself.
He wants to go fast at the beginning, then slows down after the first quarter mile. He settles down and runs beside or behind me. Then we turn around and head back for home and he pulls all the way home.
