Today’s Run:  1.30 miles on the Tandem Bike

I have a confession to make.  I totally forgot about a blog entry for yesterday until this morning.  Oops!

Yesterday was a rather strange day.  My in-laws were coming in for an overnight visit and I was busy trying to “sterilize” (read:  clean) the house.

I generally keep the house pretty clean.  I have a routine and keep it up as much as possible.  But, when important company comes visiting, I will do a bit more.  Some people, people who you do not get to see very often and who do not see your house very often, get special treatment.  So, I was working on getting the corners a little cleaner than usual.  I am fortunate that my MIL is not fussy about an immaculate house!

So, with them coming and worrying about the dog behaving and the cats not scratching on their door at midnight wanting outdoors and feeding my husband and keeping the chickens…well, whatever you do to keep chickens content…yea, it was an unusual day.

We had a short but very nice visit!  And that is what counts!!!

The dog was awful, the cats were…cats and the chickens laid two eggs. Success!!!
