I’ve been searching the googleplex for information about FM modulation monitors.
It looks like the common way to do it is to just demodulate the signal and measure the amplitude of the resulting audio signal. Somehow that seems like cheating.
I don’t think we are actually required to have one. But I had it on my list to explore.
