[Today’s run: rest day]
We stopped by a local thrift store today to drop off some old clothes and stuff.
I took a few minutes to look at the LP records and the books. No good records, but they did have some good books.
This one, Complete Guide To Reading Schematic Diagrams, Douglas-Young, John, 1972, appears to be very interesting. I has both transistor and tube circuits in it, and covers lots of different circuits. It gives sample configurations. I had been wondering what an “electron coupled” oscillator was and this book has that info. Very helpful to me. Not bad for a dollar!
I picked up a few others that I have not yet examined.
