[Today’s run: six miles with Boardtown Runners]
Today we had the first of our two Christmas Dinners. We were invited to open gifts and dinner with some of our local family connections. Christmas Day we will do it again with a different combination of family.
I had a great time, got some good presents and enjoyed the food. It was very relaxed and even the kids seemed not to be wound up and over-excited as sometimes happens on Christmas day. So it worked out really nice.
When we arrived back home we took some honey to the nearby neighbors and had a quiet evening.
