Paxton does not have an Online Dating Service, I just have a friend who is trying to fix him up.  Funny story really…

I have a Mississippi friend.  She’s a super nice lady.  Early 30’s.  Married.  3 small kids and she keeps chickens!  That’s how we met.  Through the chickens.

We are both members of a FB group.  The North Mississippi Poultry Swap.  We both got started with chickens about the same time.  Our hens started dying about the same time, too.  Of the same thing!

That’s how we met.  Discussing chickens.  THEN:

We found out we were both runners!  Small world, huh?

She lives about 1.5 hours north of me.  We’ve made plans a couple of times to get together but…life.  You know how that is.

ANYWAY, she loves Paxton.   She thinks he is the “Cats ME-OW” of doggies.

She’s a super funny lady.  🙂

This evening she tagged me on FB.  See, she is a member of a pet swap for Northern Mississippi.  (I am not.)  This evening, they posted a pretty little girl Boxer for sale.  She’s only $200.00 and is she ever cute!!!

My friend seems to think that Paxton needs a girlfriend and that this little pup would fit the bill.

She is envisioning baby Paxton’s all over the place.  She thinks her kids would love to have a baby Paxton to take home and then they could bring their baby Paxton to my house to visit its parents.

Uh-huh.

It was actually a very funny conversation.  HA!

It’s not going to happen, though.

I tried to tell her that Paxton was a #BachelorForLife (He’s been “Fixed”) but she wasn’t listening to me.  This is the pic she posted when I told her that:

She actually went through some of my old Paxton pics and pulled this one out and posted it!  How funny is that!?!

I told her that I know Paxton is such a studly “He-Man” with his polka-dotted, pudgy puppy tummy. We laughed.

 

She is not easily put off, though.  She is determined to get Paxton a girlfriend.
