I told you yesterday that it was my birthday and I had a great day.  MFH (My Favorite Husband) surprised me with some great gifts!

I don’t consider myself a difficult person to buy for…I mean, I’m a runner so anything running related is an automatic win.  MFH likes to be creative.  He likes to find things that I would not expect and he did awesome yesterday.  🙂

MFH picked me up a couple of cardigans from the GAP.  One gray and one black.  He had asked me what size I wore and I had told him xtra small. I think he was skeptical seeing as 4 years ago I was a size 24, but he took me at my word and bought the xtra smalls.  He told me they looked so little on the hangers but when I put them on, they fit like a dream.

Next, MFH went into a jewelry store on his own accord!  I wasn’t there to drag him in kicking and screaming.  He thinks he is allergic to jewelry stores~at least that’s what I say.  He really, really does not like going into them.  So, when I opened the little box and found a very pretty pair of gold hoop earrings…they are perfect!!!

Last but not least, I opened up a D-Link. I saved this for last because, quite honestly, from the box, I couldn’t tell what it was.  I mean, it had a picture of it on the outside of the box and all, but I guess I didn’t realize what the D-Link did/was.

Holy cow!  This thing is awesome!!!  A BabyCam!!!  Hahahaha!!!

Right now, I have it sitting on my desk and I can spy on Paxton and the cats when I’m not home.  How awesome is that!?!  Funny, that.

Last night, when we were setting it up, we didn’t realize that the camera had a mic.  I already had it configured on my phone (which has a mic. duh.), so the mic on my phone and the mic on the camera were bouncing off of each other.  Holy cow…the Screeching coming out of both of them.  It was reverberating all over the house!

MFH was frantically trying to figure out how to turn off the mic (which we need to do on the laptop) and I was trying to turn off the volume on my phone.  It hit my funny bone so of course I started laughing and laughing and laughing…which started reverberating with the screeching~~~~What a mess!  What noise!!!

It sent Paxton running for cover is what it did.

Hilarious!

I also found out that I can take pics with it.  So, here it the pic I took off the BabyCam when all the noise was starting to begin and before I was a helpless puddle of laughing person.  It is #1 Son, Myself and MFH.
