The new capacitor arrived from Mouser today and I got it installed in the 8566B spectrum analyzer.
I still have a long way to go to learn how to use this thing. But here is a shot (a bit fuzzy, sorry) of the display while my GPSDO frequency standard is hooked up.
The frequency standard produces a square-wave output and you can see the every-2MHz output peaks and the larger every-10MHz harmonics.
