[Today’s run: rest day]
We started the day today by going to the Cosmic Omlet in Manchester, CT for breakfast with one of my wife’s friends from My Fitness Pal.
Then we went up toward the airport. We had mentioned at breakfast that we had no plan for the period of about 4 hours before our flight out of the Hartford airport and it was suggested that we check out the aerospace museum.
So that is what we did. It is quite a place, the New England Air Museum . We spent a couple of hours looking at their displays. It is all very nicely done.
Then we turned in our rental car and flew home via Atlanta.
One of the most cogent displays was a set of older airline seats. They looked like lazyboy chairs compared to what we flew home in.
