Yesterday’s Run: 5.06 miles  Today’s Run:  4.60 miles

BRRrrrrr!  We have had some chilly weather the last couple of mornings and therefore have not put in all the miles we usually would have.  No excuses for us except that I am a wimp and do not like running in 25 degree F. weather.  Too cold for this girl.  Do you know that in almost 5 miles this morning that I did not even break a sweat!?!  That is too cold!

We have just a few more days until Christmas.  Three days to be exact.  That meant we needed to get it into gear and deliver our annual Christmas gift to the neighbors.  Our neighbors are great and very tolerant of our little idiosyncrasies.

See, we keep honey bees on our property and I know that the bees can be a pain.  I am sure that they get “buzzed” every now and then when they are out of doors.  (Sorry about that!)  So, to keep the peace with our neighbors, my husband and I give them a jar of honey each year during the Christmas season.  They seem to genuinely like it and seem happy to get it.  That’s nice!

Just wait until they learn that I am getting chickens for Christmas this year!  I will have to start giving them eggs, huh?
