Today’s Run:  Rest Day

I know I said “The Final Days!” but I do not want you to think that it means anything ominous or anything, it is just that I think that the end of mowing season may soon be approaching!  Bells and Whistles!

Today was cut the grass day.  I usually elect not to do that on a Sunday but some weeks it just works out that way.  Seeing Sunday as a day of rest and a day of worship, it does not seem appropriate to be out working in the yard.  That is a Saturday kind of thing.  But, never-the-less, today I cut the grass and maybe, just maybe, for the last time this season (hope, hope, hope).

However, we are supposed to get rain tonight, tomorrow and maybe Tuesday.  Now, it the rain is not a lot or it passes us by, then I will be done!  If, however, we get dumped on, well, that means one more time mowing.  Bummer.

So, I am hoping that we do not get a ton of rain and the mowing season will be done until say, next February?
