Today’s Run:  45 min lifting at the “Y”

Earlier this week I told you about my experience with Road Runner Sports.  They had made a mistake on my order and sent me the wrong width running shoe.  They promised to make amends by sending me a new pair and that I would have the new pair this Saturday (9-8-2012).

Imagine my surprise this morning when the doorbell rang!  It was the Fed Ex man with a box from, you guessed it, Road Runner Sports!  My new shoes, in the correct size, were here a  day earlier than promised!  Cool Beans!!!  That means that for the race tomorrow, I will not have to wear my worn out, flat shoes and will have happy feet!
