Today’s Run:  50 min lifting at the “Y”

In moving to Mississippi we had to make many uncomfortable changes.  Learning new address, phone number, changing license plates, finding a new church and a new bank.  The new bank was the most difficult, in my opinion.

The banking in Colorado was the most user friendly banking I have ever used.  No fee banking without a minimum deposit required. Free overdraft protection on checking accounts, free checks, free this and free that.  In Mississippi you PAY!  Nothing is free.  The least expensive place to bank, that we could find, was Cadence Bank and I am not impressed.

We have had banking errors on statements, on drive through transactions~basically everywhere you can make a boo-boo, they have.

Today is a doozie.  We went to the pharmacy to pick up some medication.  This is important to note because today is pay day (Yeah!).  We swiped our debit card and it was declined!  We try again~you know, sometimes those machines have issues, but no good.  Puzzled, we left and came home and got online.  “We are sorry for any inconvenience but we are experiencing some software problems with our overnight deposits.”  ARGH!

Yes, this is most decidedly inconvenient!!!  So, now we are playing phone tag trying to get this all sorted out.  The saga continues…
