Yes, it’s true.  Paxton is home and he is a very happy puppy.  🙂

All the animals were thrilled to be getting to come home.  The two cats heard us come in the door and started meowing their little kitty hearts out.  They were so happy to hear us~they hadn’t even seen us yet!

They aren’t as enthusiastic about going to Reggie’s House as Paxton is.  They can’t go outdoors to play whenever they want when they’re at Reggie’s.  Here, they come and go as they please.  Reggie’s House cramps their style.

Paxton?  Well, any more when I go pick up Paxton, the nice lady that works there, opens the door that leads to the kennels, I open the front door and open the car door.  The lady walks back to Paxton’s kennel and just opens his kennel door.  I say something along the lines of, “Hi, Paxton!” and…

ZZZOOOOOOMMMMM!!!!!!

There is a flash, practically at the speed of light…Paxton flying by through all the doors and hopping into the car.

That dog!  He’s a riot!!!

Today, when we got home, he came into the living room and sat.  And waited.  He was waiting for us to put his necktie back on him.

That dog cracks me up!

Right now, he has a “Reggie Hangover.”  Too much playing with all the other dogs. It takes him an entire day of sleeping before he’s very sociable.

We did have our first Nutty Bar in 10 days after lunch today.  Paxton heard the *crinkle* of the wrapper.  He was so tired he couldn’t sit up and beg but he DID let us know he wanted a piece!

To those of you who race, well, you probably don’t have the same problem I have.  I always look dreadful in my race pics.  Constipated or something!  They are NOT flattering photos.

I received my race proofs today from the Berlin Marathon.  A few of them weren’t too bad.  I was shocked!  And pleased.  🙂

I ordered one as a print and a different pic as a download so I’ll share the download one with you.

*Disclaimer* I drank the best German beer and ate fabulous German food for almost an entire week before the race so please don’t judge my tummy?

I did not slip on that banana peel.  The blue lines on the road are the tangent markings for the course.  The entire race was just beautiful!  Had the time of my life over there.  It was the trip of a lifetime.
