No.  I am not trying to be crude.

This is the name of my next Ultra.  The Big Butts 50K/100K.  I am registered for the 50K.  Call me a sissy.   🙂

Last Saturday was supposed to be my first Ultra.  The MS50 in Laurel, Mississippi.  I was registered for the 50 Miler for that race.  This time, I am making an easier attempt at my first Ultra.

The Big Butts is in Clinton/Jackson, Mississippi.  It consists of a 10 mile loop.  You run said 10 mile loop over and over and over for 31.68 miles.  Not a problem.

Seriously, when they cut it into 10 mile sections like that, I find it easier to run.  I know what is going to be coming around the bend.  No surprises.  That is nice.

It is “supposed” to be flat.  Supposed.
