[today’s run: 5 miles]
I think I had a post awhile back about my oscilloscope going out on me. I did some work on the power supply but did not get it fixed.
I have a poor record fixing o-scopes. I don’t know why. Up until a week ago I had 3 of them: an old tektronix that a guy gave me which is broken, a newer tektronix which was my main scope (now bad power supply) and a very old one which barely works, mostly doesn’t.
While in Fort Collins I had to stop in at the CSU surplus and they had a scope there in the pile of stuff. The price was right, surprisingly, so I bought it. Only one of the two channels work. But maybe I can use it to fix my 4-channel scope with the bad power supply.
I’ve been sort of off my feed in the electronics fixing department recently. I don’t know why. Just kind of uninterested. Maybe this will help me get back at it.
I’ll let you know.
