[Today’s run: big fat zero]
I’m not sure if I have been a big fat slug or a chicken with it’s head cut off (as the saying goes).
The last few days have been busy around here. We had a gang of men working in the house to replace our compete HVAC system. They tore out the air handling equipment in the hall closet and took out the AC unit outside. Then they put all new stuff in. They also did some work on the ducts, replaced registers, and even took out a couple of bushes that were in the way.
This is supposed to fix us up with more efficient heat and cooling and last for 10 years, at least. One last step to be done is having another R-19 of insulation blown into the attic. That may happen next week.
I haven’t gone for a run. I haven’t taken the dog for a walk. No exercise. But I did get 5000 steps on my fit bit yesterday just running around the house.. and 6300 today. So maybe it’s not complete Jabba-the-Hut condition quite yet.
