Today’s Run:  Rest Day~race in two days

Today was my Mom’s birthday party.  I told you yesterday that we would have her party tonight and that my sister and I have gone shopping for her present.  So, tonight she got her present and I THINK she was surprised.  If not surprised, at least she liked it.

What was it?  Oh!  A FitBit Zip.  

It is a pretty cool toy/TOOL for counting activity, calories, blood pressure, glucose, etc. Like I said it is pretty cool and she can sync it to MyFitnessPal.  Nifty.  The drive to Tuscaloosa was worth every penny.

So, now, no excuses!!!  Commit to be Fit!  You CAN and WILL do it!  We all have confidence in you!

Then we ate cake.  Kinda counterproductive, I know, but it sure was tasty.

My sister can bake like you would not believe.  She made pumpkin rolls with cream cheese filling.  Yummy!
