Today’s Run:  60 min lifting at the “Y”

This evening we are enjoying the fruits of our labors.  We are reading the local newspaper while sitting out under the new arbor.  We will stay out for just a little while tonight because the mosquitoes are acting like they have not eaten for a long time.

The weather has been perfect this past week!  The highs have been in the upper 70’s and the lows in the upper 40’s.  Perfect!  They are promising a cold front for this weekend and the high’s will only be in the 60’s!  Wow!  Great running weather!

So, while we anticipate the cooler weather, we will enjoy sitting out under the arbor, watching the sunset and then going back into the house.  What more could you ask for?  Life is wonderful!
