Homemade Bread~Yummy!

Today’s Run:  7 x 400

Today I did my weekly bread baking.  Here’s the recipe:

Dissolve 1/2 C sugar into 2 cups water (105-115 degrees)

Stir in 2 T yeast and wait for it to bloom (5 to 10 min.)

Mix in:

2 eggs, 1/4 C canola oil, 1T salt, 5-5 1/2 C flour.

Leave in mixing bowl, cover and allow to raise 45-60 min.

Divide into two loaf pans, cover and allow to raise again 45-60 min.

Bake 18 min at 350 degrees.  Enjoy!
