Today’s Run:  3.22 miles

Today was a day of firsts.

I milked a cow.

I threw a rubber chicken.

I stomped grapes in a contest.

No ribbons were awarded for milking the cow but they did award ribbons for throwing rubber chickens and stomping grapes.  Interesting.

Now, my first ribbon in throwing the rubber chicken was just a participation ribbon as I threw the chicken into the crowd.  I did yell “fore” to give them a heads up and they scattered pretty quick.  It is amazing how fast people can move!

The second ribbon my husband was a contestant and we were a team.  We stomped grapes at a winery exhibit and they measured how much grape juice you were able to produce in three minutes of stomping.  We each received a third place ribbon.
