Today’s Run:  Rest Day

Once you have had AE Dairy products you will never be the same.  Your taste buds will rebel against other dips, yogurts and especially the cottage cheese!

When I was a kid, the milk man would come every morning and deposit a bottle of milk in an insulated metal box with a hinged lid.  The bottle had a crimped paper top and there was a skimming of cream at the opening of the bottle.  This (at that time) was the epitome of milk.  AE milk.

In the Spring, the dairy would be surrounded with bright red tulips and people would drive from around town to see the flowers.  It was really pretty.  Then they added the cow.

In front of the building from my Jr. High school days until present is/was a very large dairy cow.  It was my goal to t-p- this cow before I graduated from High School.  I did not achieve this goal.  The cow is still there~ as a testament to the quality products AE Dairy produces
