Yesterday I had the run from hell. If you recall, I overheated. I got dizzy. I stopped sweating. It was pretty awful so I called MFH (My Favorite Husband) to come and get me.
It is now over 24 hours since that botched run and I am still a bit dizzy and disoriented. I have been pushing fluids~water and Gatorade.
Every time I drink, my stomach cramps and I feel awful. I do not know what to do.
Tomorrow I am scheduled for a minimum of seven miles and I really do not know if I can do that with the way I am feeling right now. Sure hope I did not wait too long to call MFH yesterday!
So, today is a REAL rest day. No cutting the grass. No housework. I am, of course, cooking and doing laundry. Those things HAVE to be done. They do not get done all by themselves, you know!
I am also taking care of all the animals. That sometimes feels like a full time job in and of itself. 🙂
Other than that, I am not doing a doggone thing. Do you think I will be ready for seven tomorrow? Sure hope so! Those miles are not going to run themselves!
