Today’s Run:  60 min shopping at WalMart on crutches…

Y’all are going to get sick to death hearing about this but here we go…the official website to our Low Power FM radio station is up.

First off, we DID get the WMFH call sign!  Bells and Whistles!!!  So, our station call sign is:  WMFH-LP (the LP stands for Low Power).  We did not really want to have to put the LP at the end of our call sign but legal things being legal and all…well, we really did not have a choice.  So, we will broadcast as WMFH-LP 95.5 Columbus, Mississippi.  Pretty awesome, huh?

We have started work on our web page and that is what I wanted to share with you today.  Our web address is http://www.wmfhlp.org/   Please, if you have an extra sec, take a peek and let me know what you think?  We are not linked to FB as of yet.  I will let you know when we have the FB page up and running.

This is such an exciting time for us!  We started this little endeavor back in September of last year.  It was just a dream and here we are…getting ready to purchase a transmitter, looking at streaming, building an app, it is amazing how many things you can do and how many people you can reach with just a low power FM station!

Please think of us kindly during our “construction phase.”  Never hesitate to drop a line with comments.  We can use all the help we can get.  This is a definite learning time for us and I hope you will enjoy coming along for the ride through this blog.  I have not stopped talking about my running, mind you, I am just still out with my stress fracture.  But now, I will not have to bore you to death with just talking about running!  HA!
