Today’s Run:  5.20 miles

The past couple of mornings as we have run down our street (actually a country lane) I have had the privilege of the company of my husband and that of a cute teenager looking bunny.  We get about 1/3 of a mile from the house and out pops this young rabbit.  He (I am assuming it is a he) hops along the road with me, out in the open for probably 1/8 of a mile.  That is a long way for a bunny.

This little guy is not shy.  He makes no bones about hiding the fact that he is out for his morning run and that he is running with us. This happens in the same place every morning.  It is like he is waiting for us!  Interesting.

So, yes, I had company on my run this morning.  That of my husband and that of the bunny.  Maybe, if he keeps on popping up in the morning, he can start to run with us farther!  Would not that be a kick!?!

(On a different note:  I have a Dr. appointment for my foot that I messed up on Saturday.  I will be leaving in a little bit and I will not let the Dr. brush me aside this time. I will try to remember to put the update here when I get home…just in case you are curious.)
