Today’s Run:  7 miles

Today’s run was H-O-T!  I ran early (8:30 am) and about cooked.  Then coming back I got lost. Yay.  So, my one hour run turned into 1 1/2 hrs and I had to ask for directions on how to get back to the house.  Oh well…I made it back safe and sound.

The big thing on the docket for the day was to go with my daughter for a pedicure.  We had one particular place in mind but they were booked.  Rats.  We called option number two.  Closed for the day.  Rats again.

We ended up going to a place in a mall…we had a very nice time.

I have some loose toenails from running~and some black toenails from running (I know~TMI).  Anyway, the little guy doing my feet was NOT being nice to those sore toenails!  It hurt!  I almost made him stop but I knew that my feet would be pretty when he was done.

We laughed and talked and had a lot of fun being pampered.
