Today’s Run: 45 min lifting at the “Y”
I love watching the Adventures of Winnie the Pooh and all of his friends. You may have noticed that this blog takes its name from my favorite “Pooh” character. I am a huge Tigger fan! But all of the other “Pooh” character have their charms.
We have had an awful Spring season here in Mississippi. It has been unseasonably cold and wet. The beginning of this week saw us receiving over two inches of rain in less than 48 hours. Duck weather. We just begin to dry out and warm up a bit and long comes another bout of wet weather.
Today we almost made it to 70 F. The sun was shining. There was no breeze. It was perfect!!! Tomorrow ushers in clouds and the threat of rain. Saturday, Sunday and Monday are supposed to be wet, thunderstorms and hail. boo. BUT it is supposed to be warm! We will take what we can get.
So, all of that to take us back to Winnie the Pooh. A FB friend of mine (from Virginia) posted this today. It reminded me of the cold, wet Spring we have had but also reminded me that it could be worse. And only Eeyore could put it this way. It is great!
