Blah

[No run since Sunday evening]

Monday I took a long lunch break and we drove to the Wal-Mart in West Point. After they sorted out our medical insurance, they gave us each three shots: covid update, flu, and RSV.

Yesterday (Tuesday) we both just kind of layed around and moaned… actually we both slept most of the day.

Today I took a shower and put in a good amount of work. even though my ears are still ringing and standing up is a bit of a challenge.

I think tomorrow we should be back to normal with the addition of our new immunity superpowers. No pain no gain.

For a variety of reasons we didn’t make it to church on Sunday, and haven’t been to the gym now for a couple of weeks, and I’m probably off of running for another day or two. My routine is in the dumper.
