[3 miles on treadmill on Monday; Track workout this evening]
After a quick visit to the doctor on Thursday, their office came through with a schedule slot for Mrs. on Monday for a cardiac ablation. So we drove up there on Sunday afternoon and stayed the night. Then she had her procedure on Monday and we drove back in the evening. She is recuperation and already wants to get back out walking and running. We are hoping they solved her rhythm problem for awhile.
With all of that going on I didn’t make much progress on the baseboard project or anything else. That’s Ok. We will get back to that on the coming weekend I think.
Today I watched a bit of the Waukesha Christmas Parade trial, the reading of the verdict. It seems it took the jury a couple of hours to get all in agreement. Possibly the bulk of that was to fill out the 76 sheets of paper, one for each charge.
I’ve written before about my jury duty. It took us about 15 minutes to determine that none of us believed the defendant’s story. It took longer than that to get the courtroom people reassembled.
