I was called up for jury duty starting on the 15th. And I took the 17th and 18th off as vacation because we have some friends in from out of town.
I was thinking I might not have to do much for the jury duty. But, such is not the case. I was busy all day Tuesday and all day Wednesday. And I’m starting off Thursday on it too. Fortunately it is easy work and I don’t miss any income from my job.
We had a bit of a sticky problem at work today and the team was able to come together and get it done without me.
The friends from out of town made it here and we had a nice dinner together. I might not be able to participate much, but probably I’ll be able to dine with them again tomorrow before they head on their way.
