[Today’s run: ~ 2 miles]
I went for a quick run this evening after work. I couldn’t do my regular 3.5 miles because I had an appointment down in Brooksville at a blood drive. This is the place where they give me a cinnamon roll after the blood donation. Yum.
I did my quick run, downed a bottle of water, cooled off for a bit, then headed out for Brooksville. I got there just in time for my appointment. The nice lady took me into the little portable booth thing and I pulled out my ID card. She looked me up in the computer and determined that it had not been 90 days since my last blood donation. Can’t do it. Well, bummer.
So I came back home and cooked up a bit of popcorn as a consolation prize.
