[Sunday: 3.5 miles; Tuesday 3.5 miles]
I’ve spent some time over the last week or two on the social media website called Reddit.
As far as social media goes, it is a good complement to Facebook. Facebook, the way I use it, is mostly about friends and what they are up to. Reddit is a much wider sphere of people, folks that I have no connection to other than to post comments on things. Reddit reminds me more of the old SlashDot, which may still be out there for all I know.
I did run cross-ways of a guy who was very sure of facts A B C, having no personal experience nor any real reason other than his common sense to stick to A B C. I tried to point out that he was wrong, and that didn’t go so well. But I’ve been on both sides of that kind of conversation, so I try to be patient.
I think that time spent on Reddit and Facebook are one-up on any time spent in front of a television.
