I spent Sunday driving from Des Moines, IA to Columbus, MS, a trip of about 750 miles and 12+ hours.
It went smoothly. I did stop for a meal around lunch time for half an hour. Otherwise my stops were all for gas or snacks and did not last long.
I really enjoyed my time in Colorado and in Iowa.
