Way behind

[Today’s run: 3.4 miles]

I’m not sure why I am so far behind with blogging.

About 2 weeks ago I signed up for myfitnesspal.com and it seems like a lot of my online energy is going toward putting my food into my food  diary.  I know it is really not that difficult.

During that time I have run at least three times in the evening when I otherwise would not have done so, solely to cover for an overabundance of calories during the day.  I guess that’s a good reason to get out for a run.  But I’m not sure my eating habits are really changing much.  I have lost a few pounds, so maybe I’m ahead in the big picture.
