[Today’s run: nothing]
I’m back in my regular office chair doing my regular office stuff after nearly two weeks of travel.
It was fun to live in a motel for awhile. But I surely did miss having some other rooms in the house to wander to when I would wake up at 3 AM.
Arriving back, the house was still standing but the internet connection was down. Today the ISP folks got that going again and I am back at the keyboard.
One morning on the trip we saw a hot air balloon land in the field behind the motel. The basket bounced on the ground a bit, then finally settled down. A pickup truck showed up and they hauled the balloon away.
