Today’s run:  20 min treadmill @ 11:00 pace

Castro is a very confused kitty these days.  His entire world is disappearing from around him. Today was the last day of our packing marathon.  We taped boxes, drug stuff to the dumpster and scrubbed the apartment for the last time.  All that is left that is familiar is a kitty pan, a dish of cat food and a dish of water. Tomorrow morning we take a load to the local landfill and hit the road.

Both cars are stuffed to the gills.  We have full gas tanks.  The only thing left to purchase are the inevitable corn nuts and a 5 hr energy shot.  We will be off late morning.  It will probably take 2 1/2 days to get home.

Castro will have two days to himself to get used to the house before we pick up Kali and Paxton.  Poor Castro is a very confused kitty these days but soon he will have a new home and some new playmates.  He will be just fine!
