Today’s run:  30 min on treadmill @ 10 min. pace

I have a favorite expression.  I have no idea where it originated, nor do I care.  I just like it!  It is Cool Beans!  This seems to be a one phrase fits all for happy occasions.

So, imagine my surprise today when my son and I were out running errands and we drove past this establishment.  Cool Beans!
