Today’s Run:  Rest Day

Recently my husband and I made a road trip up through Tennessee.  On our travels we came upon a cute little Amish dairy.  Oh wow!  What great cheese!

We picked up a small slab of fresh cheddar cut from the wheel, some sliced hard salami and butter crackers.  My husband would drive and I would take the pocket knife, slice off a small piece of cheese, grab a cracker and make a sandwich with the salami.  Yummy!

The outside of the store is quaint and rustic.  As you approach the front door there hang two predominate signs.  One says, “Prepare to meet thy God” and “Be sure your sin will find you out”.  Welcome to our little shop, huh?

Actually, the people there are great and it is a pleasant shopping experience.
