Today’s Run:  5.15 miles

We headed out the door this morning for our run at 6:00 am.  This was unusual for us because as a general rule, Sunday is our day off.  We ran today because some of the people from our running group ran a marathon yesterday in Duluth, MN and therefore the group was canceled for yesterday.  Bummer.  But boy, it sure was a pretty morning!

We headed out of the house and rounded the corner and WOW!  the prettiest sunrise you could ever want to see!  The sun was big and round with a light fog lifting off the field.  The sun was shooting rays through the fog and it just took your breath away.  The rest of the run I had two songs running through my mind:  The Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow and Oh What a Beautiful Morning!  Since this is not tomorrow that one did not seem appropriate I decided to run to Oh What a Beautiful Morning in my mind.  Here is a link to that song.  Hope it gets you through the rest of your day as it did my run!
