That Is One Strange Looking Goat!

Today’s Run:  35 min Tandem Bike ride and 35 min walking Paxton

Often when we take off for our early morning run we are greeted by the sound of “Baaa!  Baaa!”.  As we continue along the route we cross the street and head onto Watson Road where we are greeted by the originator of that sound.  The strangest looking goat you have ever seen.

He is a nice goat.  He sometimes comes up to the fence to greet you.  Not much for being petted, though.  He seems like an agreeable kind of guy.

This goat has long twisting horns.  They are wavy and about two feet long. One goes off to the side, just as it was intentioned.  The other one seems to have a mind of it’s own.  It crosses horizontally over the goats head.

The goat does not seem to mind.  He does not seem embarrassed by the horn. He just keeps on saying, “Baaa!  Baaa!”, and watches us go by.

Lately, we have not seen the goat.  He has been missed and a topic of discussion between by husband and myself.  We finally heard him the other day and looked forward to seeing him again, but he was not in the little pen where he used to lived.  Wonder where he has wandered?
