Today’s Run:  Rest Day (We did the bees instead)

Around midnight, my husband and I both realized that we were not sleeping because we were hot.  So, we got up and checked the thermometer only to discover that it was 85 degrees in the house!  It was 80 when we went to bed.  Why was it so hot?

We checked the air conditioner and found out that it was no longer functioning.  This was bad because it was supposed to get up the 104-107 today.  Bad news!  So, at 6:30 this morning we called the air conditioner repair guys.  They told us they would get here as soon as they could but did not give us a quote as to what time or what day even.  So, we pulled out our two fans and turned up the speed on the ceiling fans and were ready to wait it out.

Here it is, 9:50 am and they have come and gone and we have cool air coming from our vents! Our “start relay capacitor” was bad and they replaced it.  I do not know these men’s names but presently they are my heroes.
