[Today’s run: Watson Road 3.4 miles]
This evening we partook of a quasi-annual ritual: sorting the basket.
We keep all of our bills and receipts in a basket in the office. And things tend to pile up. About once a year we sort everything into piles by month and put each month’s paperwork in a folder and the folder into the filing cabinet.
Tonight was the night. I got all of 2013 folders out of the filing cabinet and into a banker’s box, and the 2014 stuff all nicely stowed away.
It turned out we had not done a sorting since March of 2014. Imagine that.
