I’m a bit behind on my blogging these days.
The TV repair project has turned out to be something of a bust. I replaced some damaged components but the thing still isn’t work.
The autonomous weather station here has been giving me some trouble recently. First it was that I had used up all of the “disk” space. So I deleted some unused software packages. Now it runs for a few days and then quits talking to the network. 🙁 I may need to reinstall that bad boy.
I’ve been playing with the Si5351 signal generator. Over the weekend I built up some parts of a receiver for the 40 meter band. The little receiver is doing pretty good! I’m thinking about trying to make it a multi-band receiver.
Thanksgiving is coming up. I hope you find lots of reasons to be thankful. I am thankful that I have the opportunity to play with all of this stuff, do ham radio, take pictures, go out for a run. It’s a good life.
