Today’s Run:  5.15 miles

Today’s dawned bright and sunny.  It was a perfect day for a run~so out we went.  We ended up running to Schaeffer’s Chapel.

All along the run, our shadows were keeping us company.  The children’s poem, “I Have A Little Shadow” played in my mind until the song by Katrina & the Waves popped into my head.  I love that song.  It is so happy!

I’m Walking on Sunshine!!!  So, even though we were running, in my mind I was walking on sunshine.
