I’m not doing much online today.  What I am doing, I am doing with just one hand, so everything takes twice as long as it usually does.

Why?

Well, I am still a bit under the weather today.  I didn’t even wake up until 10:00 am.  That is very much out of character for me.  This “bug” really wiped me out!

While I was sleeping, MFH (My Favorite Husband), went about doing my morning chores taking care of all the animals.  That was very sweet of him.  He went to take care of Rover and her babies only to discover that the “runt” was not doing well at all.

When I did get up this morning, it was only to discover him walking around the house cuddling the little chick in a washcloth, trying to keep it warm.  He gave it to me when I got up~to take over this responsibility.  He thought that maybe it was just too cold or something.

So, everything I have been doing today has been with one hand.  I am cuddling/comforting this baby chick as it dies.  I am very sad about this.  Probably more so seeing as I am emotional from not feeling well.   🙁

I don’t think it will be much long and the chick will pass.  Until then, I will hold it close so that it feels as comfortable as possible.

Trust everybody else is having a great day, though!  Hopefully, I will be back on my feet tomorrow!!!
