Today’s Run: 45 min lifting at the “Y”

I love a bargain!  The bigger the bargain the better.

I am sure that I have told you in a previous blog posting about the virtual garage sale in which I participate on FB so I will not bore you with the background on all that again.  But I will tell you about the super deal I got today.

First off, my son recently got his own apartment about twenty miles from us.  It is closer to his university and gives him and us some privacy.  These are good things!  The problem arose when I needed to outfit his kitchen.  I was running pretty low on things especially plates and bowls.  I had enough to run one household but not two.  That is a dilemma.  So, I started keeping an eye open when I would check the “Swap”.

I enjoy cheerful, happy things.  Things that when you look at them they make you want to smile.  I found just the thing on the “Swap” this week.  These are the happiest, most colorful dishes you could ever want to see.  Bright, happy colors with lemons on some and oranges on the other.  They are perfect!

So, my son will have plenty of dishes and bowls and so will we.  All’s well and end’s well.
