I got a new phone maybe two months ago. I opted for a not-the-top-of-the-line Motorola. I have been in a Motorola groove for quite awhile. But I’m tired of spending so much on cell phones so the one I picked out was $250 bucks and I think that will surely do the job.
But I didn’t buy the case. And that was a mistake because I ended up dropping it off of the nightstand, and had some other slippages and it cracked the screen and one of the buttons quit working.
So this past week I invoked my replacement feature and got a replacement of my new phone making this the new new phone. I got everything moved over. And today we took the old new phone in at CVS and got it shipped off in the pre-labled UPS envelope that came with the new new phone.
The transaction required a “deductable” of $100 which still puts me ahead of my usual expenditure. (I guess the last couple of phones have been the higher tier but a generation older… so I have been easing into this position of going for the lesser option.)
I bought a case for this one. I didn’t actually start using it until the case had arrived from Amazon.
So I am all set now. I hope.
