There is a habit among my neighbors that I just have not been able to embrace. That is the wearing of long pants and long sleeved shirts in the heat of summer.
They tell me that it is actually cooler.
I do wear that combination to church on Sundays, and I have to walk from the house to the car and from the car to the church. But that’s about it.
